The villa was built more thаn 15 years ago and the required renovation was not a matter of whether, but before of all when.
The required main activities are hydro and heat insulation, thorough plastering and painting of the facade, thorough plastering and painting of the inner walls, construction of drainage system and etc.
During the next two years, the owners decided to improve the villa faiclities and garden looks. That included: proper garden vertical planning, construction of parking place, iron fence towards the east side of the plot, concrete pavement, stairs and patios in the garden, construction of swimming pool.
Varaks completed the project in June 2013. The pool is full and the owners can enjoy their summer holiday completely.
The vertical planning and the parking space are ready. The pool's filter and pump system are fitted. The project comes to an end.
The building works in the other part of the plot commenced. Our builders began the construction of the perimeter wall. The shuttering of the stairs and the parking space is fitted. Next step is to pour the concrete. New metal gates are delivered and mounted.
The works continue with fitting of the iron railings around the pool area an the stairs. Swimming pool tiles and border stones are also fitted. The exterior tiling is on the go.
The pool shell is completed. There will be steps to the bottom, which shuttering and reinforcement are now fitted. Pump room of the pool is also taking shape. The retaining wall stone works are on the go. Outside staircase is ready.
In January 2013 we started building the swimming pool in the property. The digging works began and then we continued with concrete pour for the base and shuttering of the swimming pool walls.
Ridge tiles have been partially repaired with mortar (roofing cement) on the two sides and between each tile. Roof repair, where needed, is also on the go.
The skirting is now being fitted. The workers started fitting the insulation and plaster over it. Inside and outside painting of the building is also finished this month.
The drainage canal is now covered with gravel and reinforced. Next step is to pour the concrete. Before the skirting is fitted, we install the waterproof insulation where it will be.
Inside works started with removing swollen plaster and plastering the walls, preparing them for primer and paint. Outside works continue with render of the outside walls for the fitting of new skirting.
We started the building works with demolishing of the old damaged skirting and digging for the drainage.
