Painting and repair works on a villa near Balchik
Villa Mirabell is a gorgeous luxury villa, which needed a throughout painting to refresh the façade and re-varnishing of all wooden parts (eaves and barge boards).
Another task is coping with an old issue related to the damp in the walls around the house. Our solution is a new patio / pathway made of concrete and a stone skirting around the walls of the house, which would prevent from serious damages in future, especially in cold winter months.

The villa and the perimeter wall were entirely repainted in yellow color, where as the balustrades were repaired and painted in white. The eaves were sanded and varnished. Patio's broken tiles were changed and pebble stones were added to the sides of the house.

Outdoor conditions require more frequent repairs, especially after a cold and damp winter. The facade, the roof eaves, the balustrades and the perimeter wall needed repair. The patio was also in bad condition.
