Villa Ivelina is a large villa consisting of two semi-detached villas, with panoramic views over the Black sea. The property is rented out during the summer season, which means that faults on the house should be removed and repaired before first guests arrive.

After the renovation the facade looks great, entirely painted in white. The skirting is fitted, giving the building finished look. The perimeter wall is also repaired and painted in white color.
