The administrative building of the management is located on the main “Cherno more” street in Balchik and represents an integral part of the town’s look. It is important to preserve the wooden sheathing and the Balchik stone, which give character to the building, but also to renovate and refresh it.
Our task includes heat insulation on façade, plastering, fitting new wooden sheathing, painting.

Renovation of the building is completed. The scaffolding is unmounted and you can now see final result. Renovated, refreshed and brighter building.
December 2010 - Façade renovation of an administrative building in Balchik
The works continue with painting of the building in white, just so to preserve the inital look of it. New wooden sheathing has been fit.
