Building and repair works on a villa near Albena

Renovation works have completed in November. The result is superb with new roof and gutter system, repaired perimeter wall, extended balcony with new stone flooring and landscaped garden with well.

The workers prepare the shuttering of the columns and the extension of the balcony. Some of them are engaged pouring the concrete while the others continue demolishing the old balcony floor. Roof works are also in progress.

The works continue with changing the old patio flooring with new one. For this purpose, the workers laid new concrete with rebar and started laying patio stones. Also, render inner parts of the house and repair, and plaster around the roll up door are in progress. 

The works began with repairing the perimeter wall and the area in front of the house. The wall has been rendered and painted in white. The area in front was decorated with river stones. This property has the advantage of having its own well. Later it will become a beautiful touch to the garden.
