Villa Marie is situated in villa area called "Sborno myasto", near town of Balchik. Varaks was hired to repair the driveway to the villa as well as to execute some garden and patio works.

Works done include: excavation and leveling the place, reinforcing and concrete laying, tiling, new plaster, stoneworks and paving, building of a retaining wall, solid wall construction, paths and drainage grates around the house, iron gates, railings and stairs.

Along with the rubble access way, Varaks carried out the works on the periemter wall, retaining wall, iron gates and drainage system around the house. The owners entrusted us the building of thier swimming pool too.

Before the works it was almost impossible to get into this plot when the weather is bad. Varaks started the renovation, marking the boundary of the area with reinforced concrete, where later a pavestone edge will be. Next thing is to level the area and fit rubble.
