The owners of this machinery workshop in Dobrich contacted building company Varaks to repair and rebuild their workshop.
These construction works are not easy at all.  The height of the workshop is more than 7 meters and the building works involved are as followos:

- demolish the main side wall, all by hand;
- excavation works;
- supply and fit reinforcement;
- supply and pour concrete in foundations;
- remove existing old roof by using motorized platform;
- repair and reinforcement works of damaged concrete roof beams;
- supply and fit roof thermal panels;
- building 3 meters tall concrete walls;
- supply and fit iron main gate

The building works of this big machinery workshop in Dobrich have been completed on time.
At this final stage of the works, building company 'Varaks" built 3 meters tall oncrete walls and fitted the metal double door. Also, our professional workers fitted the thermopanels on the roof.
This project wasn't easy and we are proud of our work.

Progress of the works - Building a big machinery workshop in Dobrich

Building company Varaks keep on the building works on schedule.
The unmounting works of the roof are being done carefully. Our specialists umount only half of the roof and then fit in thermal pannels onto that half.
The owners of the building keep expensive tools and machinery and they want to move it from the old  part of area to the newly covered area of the building. Only after the machinery move the constuction works can contiune with the removal of the other part of the roof.

Beginning of the works - Building a big machinery workshop in Dobrich

The building works of this workshop in Dobrich have started. The main side wall was demolished by hand. The workers used platform due to the height of the wall.
The excavations for foundations of the new wall are done and concrete poured.
The works continue and the building site was cleared up from the construction rubish and the builders start the preparation works to remove the roof.
