  • Brickwork – external and internal walls, chimneys and openings for windows and doors; 
  • Roof construction – supply and fit thermal insulation and waterproofing, screeding with slopes, membrane, geotextile, ventilation, metal sheet cover, supply and fit drainpipes;
  • Electrical installation;
  • Plumbing installation.

The construction process of the building of this family house in Varna begins with precise drawing of the building and setting the necessary elevation levels. After the preparatory works, excavation for the foundations was done with excavator. The construction workers manually shaped the excavation to achieve accurate dimensions and stability and then laid polyethylene membrane before the underlayment concrete.
