Construction company Varaks completed the rough construction of another house in Varna, including all excavation, foundation works and construction of the supporting structure. The project was done with high quality of execution, according to the approved project documentation and in compliance with technological requirements and deadlines.
The following construction works were done within the project:
1) Mechanized and manual excavation of foundations, including preparation, alignment and compaction of the ground base;
2) Backfill soil and compact, as well as laying gravel with a thickness of 30–40 cm under the pavements and around the building;
3) Lay bitumen primer and two layer gas-fired waterproofing on the underlying concrete, footing and walls up to elevation ±0.00;
4) Shuttering works for all structural elements – underlying concrete, foundations, walls, columns, beams, slabs and staircase;
5) Pour high quality waterproof concrete according to the project requirements;
6) Fitting of reinforcement bars with fasteners;
7) Thermal and waterproofing by fitting polyethylene membrane and fiberboard - 3 cm under the flooring and 10 cm on the external walls at elevation ±0.00.

The workers of construction company Varaks laid a two-layer waterproofing on the underlying concrete, after which the formwork and reinforcement of the strip foundations were completed. The foundations have already been successfully concreted and then thermal insulation was fitted on them. Backfill with gravel for the slab at an elevation of -2.60 was also done on the site, for which a 12-meter telescopic loader was used due to the specifics of the terrain. The construction team fitted polyethylene foil in preparation for the installation of the Fibran thermal insulation panels under the slab. This was followed by the fitting of the reinforcement and pouring waterproof concrete for the slab at an elevation of -2.60.
