- Facade and balconies - supply, assemble and disassemble scaffolding, lay contact primer, plaster the facade walls, fit insulation, supply and fit fibermesh, primer, apply mineral render;
- Supply and fit mineral wool between the rafters of the ceiling on the first floor;
- Decorative roofs on the first floor balcony – supply and fit wood, wooden boarding, waterproof membrane, roof tiles, ridge tiles and fascia;
- El. installation and lightning protection - install and connect the main switchboard and boiler switchboard, installation of switches, sockets and consoles, mount different types of cable, supply and fit pipe and grounding, supply and fit lightning rod, conductor, connector and grounding rod;

Building a house in Balchik
Construction company Varaks continues the building of this house in Balchik with the making of a new roof over the ground floor. The craftsmen fitted a roofing membrane and then the wooden battens. The roof and ridge tiles have been supplied and fitted. Mineral wool was fitted for heat and noise insulation under the roof of the house. Inside the house, the chimney is being built from refractory bricks. The outer part of the chimney is also being built, and its insulation is made with stone wool. A patio has also been built to the side of the house, and the construction works for it include: demolishing the existing concrete pavement, excavating and shaping the foundations for a retaining wall, backfilling and compact, laying polyethylene membrane and reinforcing bars, making shuttering, pouring concrete made by hand.

In the current stage of the construction of this single-family house in Balchik, building company Varaks’ done basic construction and mounting works related to the facade and internal installations. A roof was built above the ground floor - our experienced construction workers first impregnated and then installed a wooden supporting structure. The fitting of the wooden boarding has also begun. Along with that, external thermal insulation with EPS panels (styrofoam) was fitted on the facade walls in order to increase the energy efficiency of the building. After the installation of the thermal insulation, facade plaster with support netting was applied, preparing the base for mineral plaster. Mineral wool was supplied for heat and noise insulation of the ceiling and roof of the house. Plumbing installation works in the bathrooms were also successfully completed.

Construction company Varaks began construction and installation works on this house in Balchik with the fitting of the electrical installation of the house. Our building workers cleaned and prepared the site before the building works began. Then, experienced electricians installed cables in all rooms.
At this stage of the construction of the house the YTONG doorsteps under the UPVC doors have been removed and new ones have been made of reinforced concrete. A concrete platform and steps to the entrance door have been poured and reinforcement has been made with support beams at high altitude. The masons started shaping the walls of the bathroom. In parallel, the UPVC windows and doors were covered with dust sheets and scaffolding has been built for the upcoming works on the facade.
