Building company "Varaks" has completed the construction works of this house in Balchik, the company was assigned for. The owners of the property are very happy with all the works we did.

The water and sewage systems works during the shell stage of the house were also done as well as the mains water supply to the house.

The weather in February was good and "Varaks" construction company managed to build the foundations and ground level of this house. Building company Varaks have used brand new high quality shuttering which was oiled for better use, our workers fit the reinforcement bars and poured concrete and backfil with gravel. We also installed the water and sewage in the foundations.
The next step is to put water proof insulation and thermal insulation Fibran on the foundation walls.
