Building a house in Albena area
The summer house in this project will be built in the yard, next the the main villa of the owners. The required repair works include: supply and masonry with YTONG bricks, plaster on the both sides of the walls, supply and lay deep penetrating primer, supply and paint indoor and outdoor of the house, supply and fit stones skirting outside the house, supply and assemble wooden roof structure, supply and fit joist and trusses of the wooden roof, supply and lay bitumen primer, supply and fit bitumen roof tiles, supply and fit double aluminum door, supply and fit two UPVC windows, supply and fit guttering system, wiring and cabling, light unit inside and one socket on the wall outside, removal of building scrap.

The house is painted - in and outside. Brown plastic down spouts and gutters are fitted. The light units and the socket are mounted.

The timber is treated and varnished. We mount the wooden construction on the roof. The building is perfectly plastered. The door and windows openings are shaped. Then the joists and trusses are installed. UPVC windows and door are mounted. The roof is finished with bituminous primer and bituminous roof tiles.

The building works in Albena area begin with taking measures and lining with chalk the place where the summer house will be positioned (we are tracing the perimeter). Then YTONG bricks are supplied and the masonry can begin. Once the structure is ready the workers plaster on the both sides of the walls.
