Building a house in Balchik, Rogachevo village

This project is ready just on time for the summer. The house is fully furnished inside and the outside works (painting) on the facade are done.

The bedroom furniture has been delivered and mounted. The kitchen is equipped - the cupboards, the extractor and the over are fitted and we are connecting the washing machine. The bathroom is also fitted. We have some works left in the living room. The facade is being rendered.

The building works continue with fitting tiles in the bathroom. The floor surfaces in the rooms are also laid. The facade is taking shape.

The building works in Rogachevo continue with installation of the plasterboard. The electric and water systems are also being installed.

An outbuilding of a wooden structure for garden equipment was made. The old access door has been closed with brick masonry. An outer wall is partially demolished and a new window is mounted.

At this stage the internal distribution and the foundations for the extension of the house are shaped. Electric and plumbing installations are being installed. The installation of UPVC windows also starts.
