Building a house in Balchik.
A wonderful place where the endless Black sea cliffs meet the sea in a spectacular panorama - that's BlackSeaRama golf course. Adding to the picture a house, where you can relax and enjoy the summer sun, makes someone's life complete.

The project took one year during which high quality building services have been done by building company Varaks. The construction included not only a house but BBQ area, swimming pool with decking and beautifully shaped garden.

The result of the works is lovely finnished modern villa which combines painted white facade with stone masonry, reminding the typical Bulgarian style of a house. There is also BBQ area and a swimming pool with deck.

Inside works continue with tiling floors and bathroom, inside stone masonry and paint walls. Facade is also prepared for painting with exterior paint.

In August the house's been rendered from the outside and the inside works continue with fitting plasterboard. Electric wiring is ready. Installng plumbing and connection to the mains water are on the go.

Building's second floor is ready and the extension for the BBQ as well. It's time to start the works on the roof. The workers start fitting the wooden boarding.

Brick masonry starts to form the shell of the house. The shuttering of the stairs is ready and we will soon be able to go on the next level.

Next step is to pour the concrete. Concrete pumps and mixers are on the site. The delivery of materials also continue.

In March the shuttering works start shaping the building according to the project. Weather is good and so the works will continue with no interruption.

Excavation and preparation for the foundation of this house began in February 2012. Machines and workers are starting the job. First rebars have been delivered on site.
