Building a house in Balchik, Rogachevo village

Another sunny home will host its owners during the hot summer days on the Bulgarian Black sea coast. The villa was finished in 10 months. Varaks implemented the building works and the delight of adding interior touches left for the owners of the villa.

After the insulation is installed, plastering of the outside walls is under way. Dark brown UPVC windows are mounted. Decoration works can also begin with painting of the facade.

According to the Bulgarian law every building must have lightning protection. Such was installed on this stage. You can see the fourth photograph where the lightning rod is caught from the street side of the house.

Once the whole building is painted, the drain pipes and gutter system are installed. Inside works are also progressing. Interior doors everywhere make the house look like a home.

The whole villa's masonry is finished. Electricity and water supply systems are also installed. Next stage is to insulate the facade. High quality heat insulating panels will be installed on the exterior walls.

In April the top floor of the building is on the go. Brick masonry of the house was almost finished by the end of the month.
Installing of the roof structure strarted in a sunny April afternoon. It wasn't the 1-st though, this is a serious job.

Couple of floors are on the go with big amount of reinforced concrete and more concrete trucks on the site.
Bricklayers have also started their work, shaping the inner part of the house.

In February the ground floor of the villa has already been built. Wooden beams help concrete cure going round the whole structure.

Then a proper reinforcement of the staircase and the top of the floor has been made, so the concrete truck can lay up the base of the next floor. Weather in village of Rogachevo keeps behaving well. No snow whatsoever.

Not a typical January weather in Bulgaria this winter allowed us to start the building of the villa in Rogachevo as soon as the project was ready.

In the beginning of the construction works Varaks' team has leveled the terrain, so that proper foundations could be build. Of course, to make this happen reinforcing and shuttering should be very precise. Additional materials for the building process have also been delivered.
