Building and repair works of a mill in General Toshevo

There are three major parts in this flour mill in General Toshevo, which will need the following repair works:

- Exterior skirting of the offices and mill's building - remove old damaged render, supply and apply beton-contact primer, fit water protection strip, fit fiber mesh and plaster with adhesive of walls, apply two-component waterproofing insulation, primer and apply gray colour mineral plaster;
- Silos inside - remove old damaged render, supply and fit Fibran insulation, lay mosaic, fit waterproof course Sikafloor;
- Silos outside - remove old render on top of the foundation walls, supply and lay mosaic, remove old damaged render from the foundation's side walls, apply beton-contact primer, plaster with adhesive and apply two-component insulation.

End of the works - Building and repair works of a mill in General Toshevo

The works at this mill in General Toshevo are completed. Primer has been laid prior to the mineral plaster of the offices. Then we supplied and laid gray colour mineral plaster. The silos are also ready - inside and outside. The building rubbish is removed and loaded to a lorry for disposal at licensed depot.

Plaster with adhesive has been applied on the administrative part of the building and now it's time to apply the mineral plaster. The skirting of the silos has also been plastered. Two-component waterproofing insulation is being laid.

The works continue with applying of two-component waterproofing insulation, compatible with the standards of the food industry. Outside the silos the mosaic is laid. We fit fiber mesh and plaster walls with adhesive. The beton-contact primer of the office's building is applied. Then water protection strip is fitted. Next, we fit fiber mesh and plaster with adhesive.

Beton-contact primer has been applied on the exterior skirting of the offices and mill's building. The old render inside the silos is removed and then Fibran insulation is fitted. We have also supplied and laid mosaic in the silos. Part of the mill's old roof is dismantled.
