After the patio for the BBQ and the steps were ready, it's time fo the BBQ to be built. The construction is done from skratch, including: supply, process (sand, clean and varnish) and fit wooden beams, brick masonry, stone BBQ (masonry, fire chamber, chimney), cement broad board of the two side of BBQ (shuttering, reinforcement, cement), fit decorative wooden grids, banister, render, primer, paint, roof with wooden base and bituminous roof tiles.
The construction of the BBQ could only commence when the owner was in Bulgaria.
The painting of the facade is done. The wooden decorative walls inside the BBQ are also ready. The complicated railings with the wood work and the processing of each small stone to fit the curve are also completed. The owners can now enjoy al-fresco dinners in the pleasant summer Bulgarian evenings.
The bitumen tiles are laid. The walls are being plastered and primed. The wooden parts are varnished one more time. The stone is fitted to the BBQ itself, its chimney and the curved parts. The worktop of the BBQ is tiled. The painting is in progress. The workers are cutting and matching the wooden decorative walls and the stones for the railings.
The waterproofing insulation of the roof is applied. The walls are plastered. The concrete work top is also ready. The workers varnish the timber one more time.
Two walls of the building are ready and the workers started fitting the fiber mesh and plastering the sides. They started building the BBQ work top and left place for the BBQ itself. The roof fitting has also began. The joists and trusses are mounted.
Then the timber is delivered and placed on site, where the construction of the BBQ can begin. Having fitted the main beams, the workers start with the brick masonry.
The first two pictures show the patio where the BBQ will take place. The workers firstly process the beams for the BBQ, sanding, cleaning and varnishing them.
