The glass-ceramic mosaic pool tiles have been installed and the site around the pool has been made with paving slabs. The pool is filled and operational for the summer of 2005.

The construction of a swimming pool in the villa zone Ovcharovski plazh near Balchik begins with sizing the terrain and excavation of earth masses by hand. Substrate concrete was then laid in the foundations. Shuttering for walls was made and reinforcement was laid. The work then continues with the laying of concrete. Waterproofing has been applied on the walls.
