Contruction company "Varaks" has started the building and repair works of this house in Kavarna area. The first step is to repair the roof and shortly after that start the excavation works for the big supporting wall of the rear wall of the house. The rear wall was almost collapsed and needed immediate action. Our team of skilled builders carefully made the foundations of the supporting walls and then built up the supporting walls. In order to prevent the water infiltration down to foundations of the side and front house walls we had to make pointing between the walls and old patio around the house.
All the furniture and household goods were taken out of the house.
Building company "Varaks" managed to do all the scheduled construction works for this project for March. The building works of this house in Varna continue with the landscaping works, building big retaining walls in the yard, construction of big concrete flower beds at the property boundary, excavation works and instalation of sewerage and rain water plastic tanks, instalation of heating system pipes of the house.
Building company "Varaks" continue the construction works of this pretty and cozy house near Balchik. The facade thermal insulation was fitted and then plastered. The chimney was also insulated and plastered.
The indoor building works also continued. Our workers fitted the el. and water instalations in the shower room, water proof insulation on the floor and walls in the shower room too, all the walls were plastered.
