This lodge's shell in Rogachevo village, Albena area was built from scratch for several months.
The lodge comprises of large meeting hall, bathroom and basement. There is hydrophore system and a fireplace inside.
The construction works executed include: soil investigation, foundations, reinforcement and shuttering, pour concrete, brick masonry, roofing, water and electrical installations, solid stone perimeter walls.
The works on this project in Rogachevo village that Varaks was engaged for as a contractor have completed. The building is ready to gather the members of the hunting team. The floors, walls and ceilings are completed. The lodge is furnished and ready to be used.
The facade is painted. The shed works in front of the house are on the go. Its wooden structure is ready. The wooden elements of the facade are also finished. Inside works continue with plaster of the brick walls.
Granite flooring is being fit on the terrace. The stone pavement of the parking space is completed. The foundations of the solid fence around the house are shaped. The façade is rendered.
In July we started fitting the exterior tiles and the outside skirting of the house. The building of the perimeter wall began. Inside works continue with bathroom tiles fitting.
Unfortunately, we were able to take first pictures of this project in June, when the shell and the roof of the building were ready. The wiring and the UPVC windows are also installed.
